You may not generate sexual, exploitative, or non-consensual content, particularly anything involving minors.

You may not impersonate real people without consent, spread disinformation, or create content that harasses, threatens, or promotes violence or hate.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of the prompts and images you provide and the videos you generate, to the extent permitted by law and by the underlying model providers' terms.

You are responsible for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to any content you upload.

You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content as needed to operate and improve the Service.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

The Service relies on third-party AI models and infrastructure. We do not guarantee their availability, accuracy, or output, and we are not responsible for their actions.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for your purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
