Privacy Policy

The Service is operated by PandaWorks ("we", "us", "our"), the provider of "Let's create video", which acts as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

For any privacy or data-protection request, you can contact the data controller at admin@pandaworks.cn.

Account information: your name, email address, and authentication details when you register or sign in, including through third-party providers such as Google.

Content you provide: the text prompts you write, the images you upload, and the videos you generate. Images you upload may contain personal data of yourself or other people — see "Images You Upload" below.

Payment information: when you buy credits or a subscription, payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Usage data: log information such as your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location derived from your IP, and how you interact with the Service.

To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

To process your generations and deliver the results to you.

To handle payments, credits, and subscriptions.

To communicate with you about your account, important updates, and support requests.

To detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, or security issues, and to comply with legal obligations.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Service you request); our legitimate interests (to secure, maintain, and improve the Service, and to prevent abuse); your consent (for non-essential cookies and targeted advertising); and compliance with legal obligations.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing already carried out.

You must only upload images that you own or have permission to use. If an image contains a recognisable person, you confirm you have that person's consent.

We use uploaded images solely to generate your requested videos. We do not use facial images to identify individuals, and we do not create biometric templates or perform biometric recognition.

Your prompts and uploaded images are sent to third-party AI model providers in order to generate your videos. These providers process your content to fulfil your request, subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not use your prompts, uploads, or generated content to train our own AI models.

We are an independent product and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI model provider.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language preference. These are required for the Service to function.

We also use analytics and advertising cookies (including Google Analytics and Google AdSense) to understand usage and show ads. These are non-essential and, where required by law, are only set after you consent.

Visitors in the EEA, UK, and other regions that require it are shown a cookie-consent banner and can accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the Service — such as AI model providers, payment processors, hosting, analytics, and advertising partners — or when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, the use of advertising cookies may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" of personal information under certain U.S. state laws (such as the California CPRA). You can opt out of such sharing — see "Your Privacy Rights" below.

Your information, including content sent to AI model providers, may be processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for these transfers.

We keep your account data and generation history while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your associated personal data within 90 days, except where we must retain it to comply with legal, tax, or security obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing.

EEA/UK users may also lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority.

California residents may exercise their rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of the sharing of personal information for targeted advertising ("Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information").

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction (16 in parts of the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date shown above, and where required we will seek your renewed consent.
